为了建立科学、完善起医院财务人员的绩效考核体系,从而实现医院绩效考核工作的顺利进行,本研究采用了平衡计分法(BSC),结合了当前医院的实际财务工作情况对医院财务工作人员的绩效考核工作进行了探讨,并根据研究所得的数据对医院各岗位的制定了相应的工作职责和绩效考核标准,以期以这种方法提高医院财务部门职工的工作积极性,提高其工作质量与效率,促进我院更快、更好的发展。
