本文采用来自中国内蒙古草原牧区参与草地租入市场的156个牧户数据,构建社会资本指标体系并拟合得到社会资本综合指数,在此基础上运用断尾回归模型,分析牧户社会资本对草地租入价格的影响。结果显示:牧户的社会资本对草地租入价格具有显著影响,当牧户的社会资本每上升1个单位时,牧户租入草地的月平均价格将降低2.71元/公顷。基于结论,本文认为在完善草地流转正式制度的同时,也应充分利用包括社会资本在内的非正式制度在规范交易价格方面所发挥的作用。
In this paper, we use 156 herdsman data from grassland and pasture in Inner Mongolia to participate in the market of grassland leased into the market, construct social capital index system and get the social capital composite index. On the basis of this, we use the back-end regression model to analyze the social capital of herdsman to grassland Impact of rent-in price. The result shows that the social capital of herdsmen has a significant impact on the rental price of grassland. When the herd’s social capital increases by 1 unit, the monthly average price of herdsmen’s rent into the grassland will decrease by 2.71 yuan / ha. Based on the conclusion, this paper argues that, while perfecting the formal system of grassland circulation, we should also make full use of the informal system that includes social capital to regulate the transaction price.
