(一)一九五五年下半年以来,农业合作化运动进展很快。现在,全国绝大多数地区已经基本上完成了农业合作化,集体所有制的和部分集体所有制的合作经济已经在农业经济中占据了绝对优势的地位,农业生产的生产关系已经发生了根本的变化。农业生产合作社的质量,一般也是好的。广大农民的生产积极性普遍高涨,就是合作社质量较好的有力证明。农民合作起来,劳动生产率和劳动力的利用率有了很大的提高,农民中间蕴藏着的巨大的潜在力量开始发挥出来。许多事情,在过去是不敢想像的,或者认为是办不到的,现在已经成为广大农民群众的实际行动。许多农业生产合作社,坚持
