目的 探讨如何在基层医院开展白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入手术。方法 对本组 2 86例 3 18眼各种类型的白内障使用超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入手术进行临床分析。结果 3 18例各种类型的超声乳化吸出术后 ,一期植入的后房型人工晶状体 3 10眼 ,前房型人工晶状体 8眼。经 1～ 2 4月的门诊随访 ,术后视力 (含矫正 ) 1 0以上者 89眼占 2 8% ,0 5～ 0 .8者 181眼占 5 7% ;0 3～ 0 .4者 3 9眼占 12 % ,0 2以下者 9眼占 3 %。结论 基层医院通过正规训练 ,同样可以成功地开展超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入手术。
Objective To explore how to carry out phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in primary hospitals. Methods A total of 2 86 cases of cataractes of 38 eyes in this group were treated by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Results After 18 cases of various types of phacoemulsification, there were 3 eyes of posterior chamber intraocular lens and 8 eyes of anterior chamber intraocular lens. After 1 ~ 2 months outpatient follow-up, postoperative visual acuity (including correction) more than 0% of 89 eyes accounted for 28%, 0 5 ~ 0 8 181 eyes accounted for 57%; 0 3 ~ 0 4 3 9 eyes accounted for 12%, 0 2 below 9 eyes accounted for 3%. Conclusion The grass-roots hospitals through the formal training, the same can be successfully carried out phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery.
