目前生产的园弧齿轮滚刀,在使用中有两个问题影响齿轮制造质量比较大。一个是m_n>10的大模数园弧齿轮滚刀加工出的齿轮的齿形,公法线长度偏差比较大;第二个问题是重磨后的滚刀加工齿轮时,齿形和公法线长度偏差也有所增大。这篇文章对第一个问题进行了分析并提出了正确设计滾刀齿形的计算方法和理论根据,对当前园弧齿轮滾刀设计是有参考价值的。第二个问题牵涉到滾刀中径的选择方法以及加工时滾刀的安装角,这个问题本文还未涉及。这两个问题对滾刀设计和使用都有重要意义,希望有关同志继续进行讨论,以便提高园弧齿轮的制造质量。
