在裂纹为玻璃研磨的主要机理的惰况下,表面粗糙度与破坏层深度有个恒定关系。在试验的条件范围内我们发现,金刚石固着磨料研磨的破坏层与表面粗糙凹凸层的深度比是6.2~6.4。比以前报导的散粒磨料础磨的值(3.7~4.0)要大。该常数值很有实用的意义。根据测出的表面凹凸层深度可准确估算出下道精磨或抛光工序必须去除的破坏层深度。
Under the condition that the crack is the main mechanism of glass grinding, the surface roughness has a constant relationship with the depth of destructive layer. Within the experimental conditions, we found that the depth ratio of the diamond-implanted abrasive-abraded layer to the surface roughened layer was 6.2-6.4. Than the previously reported value of abrasive abrasive grinding (3.7 ~ 4.0). This constant value is very useful. The depth of the destructive layer that must be removed in the next refining or polishing process can be accurately estimated based on the measured depth of the surface asperities.
