目的:观察中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将276例儿童急慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为实验组184例和对照组92例,实验组中184例慢性鼻窦炎患儿行上颌窦穿刺冲洗或负压置换疗法后口服中药汤剂治疗,而对照组的92例慢性鼻窦炎患儿行上颌窦穿刺冲洗后窦腔内注入庆大霉素药液,鼻腔内滴呋麻液,并口服广谱抗生素治疗。结果:实验组慢性鼻窦炎患者疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎效果良好。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of childhood chronic sinusitis. Methods: A total of 276 children with acute and chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 184) and control group (n = 92). 184 children with chronic sinusitis underwent maxillary sinus puncture flushing or negative pressure replacement therapy after oral administration of Chinese herbal decoction While in the control group, 92 patients with chronic sinusitis underwent maxillary sinus puncture and flushing, and then received gentamicin solution, intranasal instillation of furosemide solution and oral broad-spectrum antibiotics. Results: The efficacy of chronic sinusitis in experimental group was better than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic sinusitis in children with good results.
