当前,我国高职院校的数量和规模已经达到了顶峰,随着高职招生人数的逐步减少,生源的竞争将越来越多地影响到学校的发展。在外部竞争加剧、教育部门扶强不扶弱的大环境下,以教师水平为重要依据的内涵建设显得尤为重要。教学始终是教师的中心工作,本文从科研、教研、教学、育人等几个方面来阐述高职院校专任教师如何完成实现高水平的教书育人工作任务 At present, the number and size of higher vocational colleges in our country have reached a peak. With the gradual reduction in the number of students enrolled in higher vocational education, the competition among students will affect the development of schools more and more. Under the circumstance of exacerbated external competition and weak education sector, the construction of connotation based on the level of teachers is particularly important. Teaching has always been the center of teachers’ work. This paper elaborates on how to accomplish the task of teaching and educating high-qualified teachers in full-time by several aspects such as scientific research, teaching and research, teaching and educating people.
