此法如图所示,在三点弯曲模中间附加反压板,反压板与弯曲冲头之间放被加工的钢板,加压进行弯曲。反压板还兼有打料棒的作用。此法可以原封不动地使用普通的压力机。一般常用的弯曲方法是在弯曲处的内侧产生压缩应力,外侧产生拉伸应力,这样便产生弯曲不良现象。而这种精密V形弯曲法,基本上消除了弯曲不良的原因。此法弯曲形状尖角美观,端面平整。但需很好注意,因为弯曲冲头的端部成尖角,所以如果反压力过大,材料可能被切断,对硬质材料的加工,还有飞出去的危险。
