本组中原发性免疫缺陷症8例,619例有不同程度萎缩。病因中感染占的比例最高,病程短者呈轻度萎缩,超过五天及多种感染病并发则萎缩较重甚至引起网状上皮支架塌陷而不易复原。大部分病例胸腺的反应级数与其他免疫器官一致。
8 cases of primary immunodeficiency in this group, 619 cases of varying degrees of atrophy.
