针对JC法(一次二阶矩法)不适于求解高度非线性功能函数结构的可靠性问题。结合最大熵原理,在求解联合验算点的基础之上,对机械系统各失效模式功能函数进行线性转化,并进行了相关性分析。根据相关程度的大小,由概率网络估算技术(Probabilistic Network Estimation Technique,PNET)法的有关原则,找出系统主要失效模式,用主失效形式代替系统所有失效形式,给出了一种精确的可靠度分析的方法。最后结合算例,进一步验证了该方法的精确性和可行性。
The JC method (first order second moment method) is not suitable for solving the reliability problem of highly nonlinear functional structure. Combined with the principle of maximum entropy, based on the solution of the joint checking points, the functional functions of each failure mode of the mechanical system are transformed linearly and the correlation analysis is carried out.
