一、学前教育的重要意义:国际国内的战略高度从国际格局而言,谁赢得了学前教育谁便赢得了教育发展乃至人才培养的先机,各国纷纷将学前教育置于优先发展的战略高度。从国内发展来看,中国梦的实现、教育强国的实现都离不开学前教育的良好发展。学前教育居于战略关键位置,加之“全面二孩”政策的实施,社会各界对学前教育的关注愈发密切,引发的讨论也愈发激烈。
