采用实验对比法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等,从排球教学实验上,对“理解”式教学效果上做了具体的论证。发现“理解式”教学法适合普通高校的体育教学,它对提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,全面掌握排球技战术有着显著的积极作用。比常规教学法更有利于提高学生观察、分析、解决问题的能力以及学习的兴趣。在学生掌握正确的各项排球技战术、提高体育训练课教学效率,明显优于一般传统的教法,具有可操作性和一定的推广价值。
Using experimental contrast method, literature method, questionnaire method, interview method and mathematical statistics method, this paper makes a concrete demonstration on the teaching effect of “comprehension” from volleyball teaching experiment. It is found that “comprehension style ” teaching method is suitable for PE teaching in ordinary colleges and universities. It has a significant positive effect on improving students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning and comprehensively grasping volleyball skills and tactics. More than the conventional teaching method is more conducive to improving students’ ability to observe, analyze, solve problems and interest in learning. In the students to master the correct volleyball skills and tactics to improve the teaching efficiency of sports training courses, significantly better than the traditional teaching methods, with maneuverability and some promotional value.
