爱是教师不懈工作的热情源泉,爱是 教育事业前进的力量源泉。作为一名年轻 教师,我正是因为“爱”和对工作产生无限 热情,正是因为“爱”才在工作中永葆旺盛 的精力。 俗话说:“干一行,爱一行。”我则认 为:爱一行,才能干好一行。出身于教师家 庭的我,从小受父辈的熏陶,种下当教师 的梦,当这梦想变为现实时,我也体味到 了教师的辛酸和清贫。因为爱这一行,我 没有想过跳槽;因为爱,我表现出极高的 工作热情。工作中从不拈轻怕重,总是急 学校所急,想学校所想。作为26班班主任 的我,同时还担任年级主任,校团委副书 记,少先队辅导员等工作,还要上26、27 两个班的语文课,超负荷的工作有时累得 我真想躺下不起来,但我还是凭着扎实的 基本功和满腔的热情硬挺过来,没有向领 导叫过苦,喊过累,常常是早上6点钟出 来,晚上十一点多才拖着疲惫的身子回 家,别人都说我,你耶样拼图个什么?因为 咱爱这一行,有什么说的呢?
Love is the source of enthusiasm for the unremitting work of teachers. Love is the source of strength for the advancement of education. As a young teacher, I am because of “love” and my endless enthusiasm for work. It is because of the love of “love” that I will always be energetic at work. As the saying goes: “I do my business.” “I think: I love one line and I can do it.” I was born in a teacher’s family. I was influenced by my parents and grew up as a teacher’s dream. When this dream became a reality, I also appreciated the teacher’s bitterness and poverty. Because of this line of love, I didn’t think about making a career change; because of love, I showed a high level of enthusiasm for work. In my work, I never worry about being heavy, I always worry about the school. I want to think about it. As the class leader of class 26, I also serve as a grade director, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, Young Pioneer Counselor, etc., as well as language classes in 26 and 27 classes. Overworked work is sometimes exhausted. I really want to lie down. I got up, but I still survived with solid basic skills and enthusiasm. I didn’t hurry to the leaders, and I was tired. I often came out at 6 o’clock in the morning and took a tiring body home at 11 o’clock in the evening. Say me, what kind of jigsaw puzzle do you have? What do you say about love this line?
