针对专业图书馆中学科馆员的职业特点,提出学科馆员这一职业的核心竞争力概念。认为学科馆员核心竞争力在形式上主要表现为组织和协调能力、计算机和网络操作能力以及学科情报研究能力。对如何培育和提高学科馆员的核心竞争力,提出应当以考核为手段,以提高为目的,以需求为导向,以项目作为推动力,同时通过自我学习提高核心竞争力。
Aiming at the professional characteristics of subject librarians in professional libraries, this paper proposes the concept of subject librarians’ core competence. It is considered that the core competitiveness of subject librarians mainly manifests in the form of organization and coordination ability, computer and network operation ability and subject intelligence research ability. On how to nurture and enhance the core competitiveness of subject librarians, it is suggested that examination should be used as a means to improve the performance, demand-oriented, project-driven, and self-learning to improve core competitiveness.
