商用大飞机项目是国家中长期科技战略规划(2006年—2020年)的十六个重大专项之一,关乎国家科技实力的质的提升和国家战略地位的根本改善。积极和稳步推进大飞机项目,需要完善的法制保障和配套的法学研究。作为航空法学最重要的学科分支,航空民法与大飞机项目关系最为密切。自觉地把研究视角、研究内容、研究方法、研究成果纳入大飞机项目视域下,是今后很长一段时期航空民法研究的根本思路。
The commercial large aircraft project is one of the 16 major projects of the country's medium and long-term strategic plan for science and technology (2006-2020), which is related to the qualitative improvement of the national scientific and technological strength and the fundamental improvement of the national strategic status. To actively and steadily promote large-scale aircraft projects requires a sound legal protection and supporting legal research. As the most important disciplinary branch of aviation law, civil aviation law has the closest relationship with large aircraft project. Consciously, the research perspectives, research contents, research methods, and research results into the large aircraft project horizon are the basic ideas for the study of aviation civil law for a long time in the future.
