在静力触探工作中,由于机械加工精度原因,常常使顶柱与空心柱之间接触不良,接触面积经常改变,使空心柱在同一荷载下产生不均匀应变关系,输出的电压值不断变化,这样就出现了不同的率定系数,大大影响静力触探成果。几年来,我们为解决这个问题,采用各种措施,力求提高加工精度,改善顶柱与空心柱的接触关系,按顶柱转动的四个方向进行率定,仍然有较大的试验误差,最大误差竟有0.3~0.4毫伏。
In the static penetrating work, due to the mechanical processing accuracy, the contact between the top column and the hollow column is often poor, and the contact area is often changed, so that the hollow column produces a non-uniform strain relationship under the same load, and the output voltage value changes continuously. Therefore, there are different rates and coefficients, which greatly affect the results of static probe. Over the past few years, we have adopted various measures to solve this problem, striving to improve the processing accuracy, improve the contact relationship between the top column and the hollow column, and rate it according to the four directions of rotation of the top column. There is still a large experimental error. The error is 0.3 to 0.4 mV.
