建构社会主义价值观应具有战略的高度。这个战略应基于对内与对外两个方面的考虑。对内,要使社会主义价值观成为培养、造就高尚的社会主义和共产主义新人的精神食粮,成为不断推动中国社会主义制度完善的强大精神动力,成为衡量社会主义现代化建设成败的判断标准。对外,要使我们的社会主义价值观为世界上正义的进步力量所认同,成为中国在国际舞台上赢得话语权和树立良好国际形象的软实力因素。构建社会主义价值观,应有一种纵向的历史继承的意识,有历史的厚度,正确处理好继承与发展的关系。也就是说,在构建科学的社会主义价值观时,必须善于从社会主义的文化传统和启蒙运动以来西方资产阶级思想中汲取思想养分,在此基础上,进一步结合当代中国的实践,不断丰富和发展社会主义的价值观。建构社会主义价值观应具有视野的宽度,当代国外各社会主义流派的社会主义价值观中的合理因素,都可以为我所用。
The construction of socialist values should have a strategic height. This strategy should be based on both internal and external considerations. Internally, to make the values of socialism a spiritual food to cultivate and create a noble socialist and communist newcomer has become a powerful spiritual driving force for constantly promoting the perfection of the socialist system in China and has become the standard for judging the success or failure of socialist modernization. For the outside world, our socialist values should be recognized by the progressive forces of justice in the world and become the soft power factor that gives China a voice in the international arena and a sound international image. To construct the values of socialism, we should have a vertical sense of historical succession and a historical thickness, so as to correctly handle the relationship between succession and development. In other words, in building the socialist values of science, we must be good at absorbing ideological and cultural nutrients from the socialist cultural traditions and the Western bourgeois ideology since the Enlightenment. On the basis of this, we should further enrich and develop our economy based on the practice of contemporary China Socialist values. The construction of socialist values should have a broad perspective and the rational elements of the socialist values of all the socialist schools abroad can be used by me.
