作为一名新课程的实施者和新的教学方法的尝试者,在新一轮数学教学改革的大潮中,我最大的感受是:实施数学新课程,数学教师已不是单一的数学知识的传授者,也不是习题的研究者和考试的指导者,而是学生学习的组织者、引导者和合作者;是拥有先进的教育理念、懂得现代教育技术、善于学习、善于合作的探究者和课程资源的研究者、开发者。学生才是学习的主体,是数学课堂的真正主人。他们身上蕴藏的巨大潜能,才是构建创新数学课堂的宝库。而探究精神、尝试意识、融汇能力和创新魄力便是我从这座宝库中开发的四颗最亮的珍珠。潜能一:探究精神数学课堂一定要注重学生对规律的探询和发现的过程。
As a new curriculum implementer and a new teaching method, my biggest feeling during the new wave of mathematics teaching reform is that the implementation of the new mathematics curriculum is no longer a single math teacher It is also the organizer, guide, and collaborator of student learning.
