作者对缺铁饮食和标准饮食饲养的大鼠进行听觉电生理及内耳组织病理学研究,观察缺铁对耳蜗结构与功能的影响。结果发现,缺铁组大鼠脑干电位和耳蜗电图—N_1阈提高>15 dB发生率为31.85%,组织病理学改变为血管纹萎缩和螺旋神经节细胞减少;溶血性贫血对照组无异常。首次证明缺铁可直接导致感觉神经性聋,或造成其发生的病理基础。
The author of the iron deficiency diet and standard diet rats fed auditory electrophysiology and histopathology of the inner ear to observe the effect of iron deficiency on the structure and function of the cochlear. The results showed that the incidence of> 15 dB increase of brain stem potential and -N1 threshold of electroencephalogram was 31.85% in the iron deficient group, the histopathological changes were vascular atrophy and spiral ganglion cells, and the hemolytic anemia control group was normal . For the first time, iron deficiency can be directly caused by sensory nerve deafness, or cause its pathological basis.
