北京市建筑设计研究院研究所与有关单位合作,近十多年来把节能的研究重点始终集中在面大量广的多层住宅方面,同时将节能工作与墙体改革紧密的结合起来,取得了可喜的成果。现将三种采用不同节能方式、不同建筑材料设计的多层住宅作一介绍,它们的共同特点是:①不用实心粘土砖;②节能达到2000年水平;③造价不超过国家标准;④满足八度地震区抗震要求;⑤施工比较简单;⑥材料来源广泛,有的采用了工业废料。
The Institute of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and Research has cooperated with related organizations. In the past decade or so, the focus of research on energy conservation has been focused on a large number of multi-storey residential buildings. At the same time, the energy conservation work has been closely integrated with the reform of the wall. Gratifying results. Three types of multi-storey houses using different energy-saving methods and different building materials design are introduced. Their common features are: 1 without solid clay bricks; 2 energy-saving up to 2000 levels; 3 cost not exceeding national standards; 4 meeting eight Earthquake area seismic requirements; 5 construction is relatively simple; 6 material sources are extensive, and some use industrial waste.
