在信息化铺天盖地的充斥着人们政治和社会生活,“智慧城市”已成为新时代城市发展的大趋势。目前我国已有100多个地区提出建设智慧城市。北京、上海、深圳、重庆、昆山等城市早已走在建设智慧城市的前列,建设和发展智慧城市已蔚然成风。智慧城市,不仅仅是单一的技术手段,他的发展能不断提升城市运行机制,改善管理公共服务,强化社会协同力量治理的新格局,从而实现城市的全面、健康、和谐的发展。
