随着社会经济的快速发展和社会主义社会建设步伐的加快,事业单位在人力资源管理和制度改革方面做出了许多创新,有力地推动了中国事业单位人力资源管理水平的提升和人力资源管理制度改革的进步。在社会发展新时期事业单位在人力资源管理过程中也实施了一系列有效的措施,改变了原有管理中不足的地方,使得自身的工作效率有了很大的提高,同时也发挥了更大的职能作用。虽然近年来事业单位在人力资源管理和制度改革方面取得了相当不错的成绩,但是在现实情况中受各种因素的影响,中国事业单位在人力资源管理方面依然存在一些问题。本文从事业单位加强人力资源管理的重要性入手,探析现阶段中国事业单位人力资源管理现状,分析事业单位人力资源管理中存在的问题,总结出事业单位人力资源管理机制的优化措施,为改善中国事业单位人力资源管理机制现状提供参考。
