传统的风管设计计算方法是依靠摩阻线算图表确定风管尺寸并计算出摩擦损失。但是,这也可以利用计算方法进行风管设计。理论计算管内空气流动的沿程摩阻损失的方法是: R_6=10~4/π·9·Q·p/d·μ (1)式中 Q——空气流量(米~3/小时); μ——空气粘度(厘泊),可由下式计算: μ=μ_0·((T_0+C)/(T+C))·(T/T_0)~1.5 (2) 空气温度为20℃时,μ_0=0.0182厘泊,代入式(2)就得到: μ=0.0182·(413/(T+120))·(T/293)~1.5
