本文运用以模态柔度和能量分布为依据的结构动力学分析方法,对一台万能外圆磨床的砂轮架进行分析研究,将砂轮架取为具有集中参数的三自由度振动系统。分析计算得到的共振频率与机床激振试验测得的数据比较接近。通过结构动力学分析得出的结论也同机床激振试验后作出的结论基本一致。
In this paper, the structural dynamics analysis method based on modal flexibility and energy distribution is used to analyze and study the wheel carrier of a universal cylindrical grinding machine. The wheel carrier is taken as a three-degree-of-freedom vibration system with centralized parameters. The resonance frequency analyzed and calculated is close to the data measured by machine vibration test. The conclusions drawn by the structural dynamics analysis are also basically consistent with the conclusions made after the vibration excitation test of the machine tool.
