医院在开展医疗服务过程中获得大量的业务收入,而如何组织和管理好医疗收费,也是医疗机构的重要工作内容之一。医院收费管理的好坏直接影响着医院自我发展能力,做好医院收费用管理对于提高医院的经济效益和社会效益具有重要意义。本文对加强医院收费管理的意义进行了分析,剖析了当前医院收费用管理中存在的一些问题,并对加强医院收费管理的措施提出了一些意见,以供参考。
Hospitals get a lot of business income in the process of medical services, and how to organize and manage medical charges is also one of the important work contents of medical institutions. The quality of hospital charge management has a direct impact on the ability of self-development of the hospital. To do a good job of hospital charge management is of great significance for improving the hospital’s economic and social benefits. This paper analyzes the significance of strengthening the management of hospital charges and analyzes some problems existing in the management of hospital charges, and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the management of hospital charges, for reference.
