信息不对称会给我国深交所创业板企业IPO募集资金带来风险,这已经影响到了资本市场的可持续发展和投资者利益的保护,因此完善的信息披露对保护投资者的权利很重要。本文研究IPO募集资金与信息披露质量的关系,这对于规范上市公司行为与保护投资者权利都具有现实意义。
Asymmetric information will bring risks to IPO raised by China’s Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM, which has affected the sustainable development of capital markets and the protection of investors ’interests. Therefore, perfect information disclosure is very important for the protection of investors’ rights. This paper studies the relationship between IPO raised funds and the quality of information disclosure, which is of practical significance for regulating the behavior of listed companies and protecting investors’ rights.
