政府组织层面的信息技术采纳研究在学术界尚未予以充分的重视。针对当前方兴未艾的Web2.0技术和新兴社会媒体应用趋势,从“信息技术”的内涵、政府部门采纳的信息技术类型及其任务导向、政府部门信息技术采纳的影响因素、信息技术采纳过程中的组织变革以及信息技术对组织的影响等方面,对已有政府组织层面的信息技术采纳研究成果进行梳理,分析当前研究成果的不足并提出可能的探索方向,期待为未来政府部门社交媒体采纳或政府2.0建设提供可供参考和借鉴的理论框架。
