实验性矽肺的肺冲洗细胞反映了肺内矽结节外围的细胞动态。尤其是Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞与肺泡巨噬细胞,直接或间接地反映了矽肺性病变的发生、发展过程。因此,对此问题的深入探讨将有助于矽肺的防治。本文利用湖北省抗矽_(14)动物实验性治疗协作组(1976)的对照组实验资料,将实验性矽肺中肺冲洗细胞的数量,分类与吞噬功能的动态总结如下,作为对实验性矽肺肺冲洗细胞进一步研究的基础。
Lung Fluorescence in Experimental Silicosis Reflects Cell Dynamics in Peripheral Silicone Nodules in the Lung. Especially type II alveolar epithelial cells and alveolar macrophages, directly or indirectly reflect the occurrence and development of silicosis. Therefore, in-depth discussion of this issue will contribute to the prevention and treatment of silicosis. In this paper, experimental data from the control group of experimental group (16) in experimental group of anti-silicon (14) animal treatment in Hubei Province were used to summarize the numbers, classification and phagocytosis of lung-washing cells in experimental silicosis as follows.
