本文在1972年始试用大黄虫丸防治肠粘连获得一定疗效的基础上,分组观察了该药对大白鼠肠粘连的防治,初步探讨了作用原理,并结合临床提出该药适用于粘连性肠梗阻的非手术治疗和手术治疗的缓解期。
