Strengthening the building of a contingent of Chinese as a foreign language teacher is a top priority for teaching Chinese as a second language. From the perspective of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and management practices, the necessity and specific methods for building a contingent of Chinese as a foreign language teacher should be explored.
