宋芝春,1987年考入中国最著名的口腔医学院——华西医科大学,并取得了口腔正畸美容硕士学位,1996年在青医附院口腔科工作,成为在青工作的第一批高学历的口腔正畸专业技术人才,多次参加国际会议,进行学术交流,发表学术论文20余篇,并获得国家专利1项,许多在青岛的著名跨国企业和国内大企业将戴卫齿科作为定点牙科医疗保健机构。
