结合北京天文馆3D动感影院自动控制系统项目,设计并实现了一套基于工业以太网的3D动感影院分布式控制系统,包括观众升降台系统、6DOF运动平台系统、放映系统、上位机监控系统及通信。采用网络拓扑结构并通过工业以太网通信和串口通信技术实现9台PLC的组网、分布式控制。在TIA Portal V11环境中,采用梯形图和结构化控制语言(Structured Control Language,SCL)混合编程,实现了3D动感影院的自动控制。在控制室应用iFixT控组态软件对整个剧场设备的运行状态实时监控。现场应用表明,该系统操作灵活、运行稳定,各项性能指标完全达到了设计要求。
In combination with 3D motion cinema automatic control system project of Beijing Planetarium, a 3D motion cinema distributed control system based on Industrial Ethernet is designed and implemented, including audience lift platform system, 6DOF motion platform system, projection system, host computer monitoring system and communication . Using network topology and through industrial Ethernet communication and serial communication technology to achieve 9 PLC network, distributed control. In the TIA Portal V11 environment, 3D motion cinema is automatically controlled with mixed programming in Ladder Diagram and Structured Control Language (SCL). IFixT control configuration software in the control room real-time monitoring of the entire theater equipment running status. The field application shows that the system is flexible in operation and stable in operation, and the performance indexes fully meet the design requirements.
