在查阅相关文献资料和分析湖南省《体育工作标准》的基础上初步获取体育工作综合评价指标,采用特尔菲法、层次分析法筛选指标与确定权重,建立了由5个一级指标(领导、组织机构和管理;基础建设;课程教学;课外体育活动与训练;教学与科研成果)、12个二级指标、52个三级指标组成的湖南省普通高校体育工作评价指标体系。利用层次分析法确定每一项指标的权重值,从而确保所建立的高校体育工作评价指标体系的实用性、科学性和可靠性,适用于湖南省普通高校体育工作水平的实践活动。

The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each index, so as to ensure the practicability, scientificity and reliability of the evaluation index system of PE work established in universities and colleges. It is also applicable to the practical activities of PE work in universities and colleges in Hunan Province.
