为满足出疆原油管道设计的需求,对北疆原油和吐哈原油分别进行了添加降凝剂的评价试验。在快速降温试验的基础上,进行了设计管输工况下添加降凝剂输送和罐内储存的模拟试验,并确定了北疆原油和吐哈原油适用的降凝剂、理想的热处理温度、加剂浓度及加剂站点,论证了两种原油通过一站加剂热处理之后实现常温输送和储存的技术可行性。提出了应用新型高浓缩降凝剂的设想并作了技术经济分析。
In order to meet the needs of the Xinjiang crude oil pipeline design, the evaluation test of adding PPD to Beijiang crude oil and Tuha crude oil respectively was carried out.
