我国古代教育家孔子曾说:“少成若天性,习惯成自然。”说的是从小培养怎样的习惯,习大成性,就会形成怎样的品性。我园外来民工子女较多,大部分外来民工子女由于受家庭背景、成长环境、生活习惯等诸因素影响,在生活卫生习惯、品德行为习惯、学习习惯方面与本地的孩子有一定的差距。作为幼儿教师,当本着高度的社会责任心,从构建和谐社会的高度,对外来民工子女的教育问题进行冷静的思考和全方位的分析,在学校、家庭合力支持下找出纠正不良行为习惯的策略,探索出一条适合外来民工子女行为习惯培养的途径,创设和谐宽松的校园环境,让这群候鸟孩子健康成长。
