近期研究表明,维生素D_3在体外有免疫调节作用。作者对35例原发Sjogren’s综合征患者维生素D_3代谢进行了研究。通过测定其血1α,25-(OH)_2D_3和25-OHD_3、血中主要的维生素D_3结合蛋白、Gc球蛋白遗传表型及血浓度进行观察。结果25-OHD_3明显降低,但1α,25-(OH)_2D_3正常。原发Sjogren’s综合征患者Gc遗传表型分布与正常对照组无明显差异。同样,Gc球蛋白血浓度和正常值相同。而在那些IgM类风湿因子(RF)升高的患者中,该因子血清滴度与25-OHD_3浓度之间呈明显负相关。
Recent studies have shown that vitamin D_3 in vitro immune regulation. The authors studied vitamin D 3 metabolism in 35 patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome. By measuring the blood 1α, 25- (OH) _2D_3 and 25-OHD_3, the main vitamin D_3 binding protein, Gc globulin genetic phenotype and blood concentration were observed. Results 25-OHD_3 significantly decreased, but 1α, 25- (OH) _2D_3 normal. There was no significant difference in Gc genetic phenotype among patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome compared with that in the control group. Similarly, Gc globulin has the same blood concentration and normal value. In those patients with elevated IgM rheumatoid factor (RF), the serum titer was negatively correlated with the 25-OHD 3 concentration.
