详细研究了流动注射－鲁米诺－高碘酸钾－过氧化氢体系化学发光行为，给出了反应的最佳条件。拟定了一种化学发光测定过氧化氢的新方法。方法的检测限为３．０Ｘ１０－８ｍｏｌ／ＬＨ２Ｏ２；线性范围为２．０×１０－７～６．０×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。评价了该体系的应用前景。
The chemiluminescence of flow injection-luminol-potassium periodate-hydrogen peroxide system was studied in detail, and the optimal reaction conditions were given. A new method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide by chemiluminescence was developed. The detection limit of the method is 3.0X10-8mol / LH2O2; the linear range is 2.0 × 10-7 ~ 6.0 × 10-4mol / L. Evaluation of the system's application prospects.
