为了探讨住院病人中各类心脏病构成比,摸索本地区心脏病的发病情况及病种变迁规律,本文对近15年来我院内科4472例成人心脏病住院病例进行统计分析。现将结果报告如下。 资料与方法 本组收集1970年1月～1984年12月间,在我院内科住院的心脏病病例。分为三个时期进行统计分析,即:①70年代前半期(1970年1月～1974年12月),②70年代后半期(1975年1月～1979年12月),③80年代前半期(1980年1月～1984年12月)。各类心脏病的诊断均按同时期内国内沿用的诊
In order to explore the composition ratio of various types of heart disease in inpatients, to explore the incidence of heart disease in the region and changes in disease patterns, this article in the past 15 years in our hospital 4472 cases of adult heart disease hospitalized for statistical analysis. The results reported below. Materials and Methods This group collected from January 1970 to December 1984, hospitalized in our hospital heart disease cases. The statistical analysis is divided into three periods: ① the first half of the 1970s (January 1970 to December 1974), the second half of the 1970s (January 1975 to December 1979), the first half of the 1980s (1980 January ~ December 1984).
