均匀化热处理和未均匀化热处理的45CrNiMo1V钢试样,在HRJ-2型热模拟试验机上模拟焊接半熔化区的热循环。用金相和电子探针方法研究了焊后条件下试样原奥氏体晶界上的元素偏析。对照冲击试验结果得出下列结论:钢中偏析带是原奥氏体晶界元素偏析的极其重要原因;焊前均匀化热处理,消除钢中偏析带,可以大幅度地降低晶界偏析,提高焊接半熔化区的韧性。
Homogenization heat treatment and non-uniform heat treatment of 45CrNiMo1V steel sample, simulated heat welding semi-melting zone HRJ-2 thermal simulation test machine. The segregation of elements on the austenite grain boundaries of austenite under the condition of welding was studied by means of metallographic and electron probe methods. The results of the control impact test lead to the following conclusions: The segregation zone in steel is the most important reason for the segregation of the original austenite grain boundaries; homogenization heat treatment before welding eliminates the segregation zone in the steel, which can greatly reduce grain boundary segregation and improve welding Semi-melting zone toughness.
