手机行业的高发展、高竞争与高科技的特征决定了其对高级管理人员及核心技术人员的需求非常迫切,要想保持其市场优势,必须能够吸引并聚拢一批高端的管理人员与核心技术人员。在这样的市场需求与竞争压力下,公司为实现公司的长远发展,选择了股权激励这一长期激励机制。本文从提出股权激励计划的上市公司中选取有代表性的手机行业H公司为例,具体分析其股权激励的实施情况。
The high growth, high competition and high-tech characteristics of the mobile phone industry determine the demand for senior management and core technical staff is extremely urgent. In order to maintain its market advantage, it must be able to attract and gather a group of high-end management personnel and core technologies personnel. In such a market demand and competitive pressures, the company chose the long-term incentive mechanism of equity incentive to realize the long-term development of the company. This paper selects a representative H company in mobile phone industry from the listed companies that proposed the equity incentive plan as an example to analyze the implementation of the equity incentive.
