一、国际、港澳邮件的种类按内件性质分为函件和包裹,其中函件包括信函、明信片、航空邮简、印刷品、盲人读物、印刷品专袋和小包。按运输方式分为航空邮件、水陆路邮件和空运水陆路邮件。按处理手续分为平常邮件和给据邮件。按邮局承担的责任分为保价邮件和非保价邮件。挂号函件、保价函件和包裹可以附寄回执(寄往某些国家的普通包裹除外)。
