作眼睑成形术时应用精细的眼科器械。一个粘膜移植片和一个角膜纽片一样精细。眼睑有丰富的血液供应,这大大地减少手术时或外伤后的感染机会。眼外科医师应该知道可以利用许多手术方法治疗同一疾患,常常由临床情况决定选择哪一种手术。 移植片: 当利用全层皮移植片复盖眼睑缺损时,由于眼睑有丰富的血液供给,所以采用的百分率高。上睑皮肤可用来取代对侧上睑的皮肤,或许最常用从耳后区采取的移植片来修复眼睑缺损,应根据皮肤的颜色、厚度和可利用性来选择眼睑皮肤移植片的供给部位。在皮肤移植片置入受使床之前,应除去移植片上所有的脂肪。

Eye surgeons should know that many surgical methods can be used to treat the same condition, often depending on the clinical situation. Grafts: When covering the eyelid defect with full-thickness skin grafts, the percentage used is high due to the rich blood supply to the eyelids. The upper eyelid skin can be used to replace the skin of the contralateral upper eyelid and perhaps the most commonly used graft from the posterior region of the ear to repair eyelid defects. The donor site of the eyelid skin graft should be selected based on the color, thickness and availability of the skin. Before the skin graft is placed in the affected bed, all fat on the graft should be removed.
