采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取毛苕子中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油组分进行分离和鉴定。运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量,对毛苕子挥发油进行初步的抗氧化活性研究。结果表明,毛苕子挥发油中分离出50种组分,鉴定出了45种组分,占全油的96.455%,毛苕子挥发油中含量较高的组分为有4-(2-丙烯基)苯酚(24.010%),氧化石竹烯(14.450%),十氢-α,α,4α-三甲基-8-亚甲基-[2R,(2α4aα,8aβ)]-Z-萘甲醇(13.200%),内-2-莰醇(5.355%),二聚戊烯(4.590%)这些主要组分占全油的61.61%。毛苕子挥发油组分丰富多样,具有抗氧化活性。
Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and volatile oil components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The relative content of each component was determined by the gas chromatographic area normalization method, and the preliminary antioxidant activity of the volatile oil from the hair cuttlebone was studied. The results showed that 50 components were isolated from the volatile oil of razor clam, 45 components were identified, accounting for 96.455% of the total oil, and the higher components in the volatile oil of the razor clam were 4- (2-propenyl) phenol (24.010 (14.450%), decahydro-α, α, 4α-trimethyl-8-methylene- [2R, (2α4aα, 8aβ)] - (5.355%), dipentene (4.590%) These major components accounted for 61.61% of the total oil. Hair ramie volatile oil components rich and varied, with antioxidant activity.
