目的:分析低血糖非典型表现的临床特点,探讨应对策略。方法:总结152例非典型表现低血糖患者的临床资料,对基础疾病、年龄、临床表现分类比较。结果:发生低血糖患者以50岁以上中老年居多(86.8%);基础疾病以糖尿病居多(77.6%);非典型表现主要为精神、肢体偏瘫、癫痫样抽搐发作、昏迷、认知功能障碍等症状为主(97.4%)。结论:低血糖的非典型发现形式多样,社区医生应对此提高警惕,尽量提高其早期诊断率。
Objective: To analyze the clinical features of atypical hypoglycemia and to explore coping strategies. Methods: The clinical data of 152 patients with atypical hypoglycemia were summarized, and the basic diseases, age and clinical manifestations were compared. Results: The prevalence of hypoglycemia in middle-aged and elderly patients over 50 years old was the highest (86.8%). The underlying diseases were mostly diabetes (77.6%). The atypical manifestations were mainly mental, limb hemiplegia, epileptic convulsions, coma and cognitive dysfunction Symptoms were predominant (97.4%). CONCLUSIONS: Atypical findings of hypoglycemia are diverse and community physicians should be vigilant to maximize their early diagnosis.
