本文应用模糊数学对排烟器的综合评价方法进行了初步探讨,对于通常仅依靠统计推断方法给定权系数分配的方法作了改进,并就模糊方程解的实用性作了探索。应用本文提出的综合评价方法,可以求出各因素的权系数,在不同型号排烟器的质量评比时分别给出定量的评价结果,并可指出改进产品质量的方向。这一方法不但可用于排烟器综合评价中,也可推广应用于其它产品的质量综合评价中。
This paper uses fuzzy mathematics to conduct a preliminary discussion on the comprehensive evaluation method of smoke evacuator, and improves the method of assigning the weight coefficient given only by statistical inference method. The practicability of the solution of the fuzzy equation is explored. Applying the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper, the weight coefficient of each factor can be obtained. When the quality of different types of smoke evacuator is evaluated, quantitative evaluation results are given respectively, and the direction of improving product quality can be pointed out. This method can be used not only in the comprehensive evaluation of the smoke evacuator but also in the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of other products.
