目的:观察鼻腔表面麻醉剂伍用肾上腺素不同用量时鼻腔黏膜的变化。方法:随机选50例病例分成2组,在鼻腔手术时,表面麻醉剂伍用肾上腺素,A组1mg,B组3mg;分别于麻醉后和复诊恢复期观察其对鼻腔黏膜的影响。观察部位:鼻中隔黏膜面、中鼻甲、下鼻甲;观察黏膜颜色、出血点、脱屑、水肿和局灶坏死、分泌物。结果:用1mg肾上腺素当时鼻腔黏膜显示淡红、出血点、脱屑,复诊时鼻腔黏膜水肿,鼻腔分泌物以黏性分泌物为主;用3mg肾上腺素当时鼻腔黏膜显示苍白,出血点,脱屑,复诊时除水肿外,有局灶性黏膜坏死,鼻腔分泌物以血性分泌物为主。结论:用3mg肾上腺素为收敛剂对鼻腔黏膜的损害较用1mg时严重。
Objective: To observe the changes of nasal mucosa in different dosage of epinephrine on nasal surface anesthetic. Methods: Fifty cases were randomly divided into two groups. During nasal surgery, the topical anesthetics were given epinephrine, group A was 1 mg, and group B was 3 mg respectively. The effects on nasal mucosa were observed after anesthesia and recovery. Observation site: nasal septum mucosa, middle turbinate, inferior turbinate; mucosal color, bleeding point, scaling, edema and focal necrosis, secretions. Results: nasal mucosa with 1mg epinephrine showed pink, bleeding, scaling, nasal mucosal edema at referral, nasal secretions sticky secretions; nasal mucosa with 3mg adrenal was pale, bleeding point, off In addition to edema at referral, there are focal mucosal necrosis and bloody discharge of nasal secretions. Conclusion: 3mg epinephrine astringents on nasal mucosa damage than 1mg serious.
