目的了解北京市昌平区各级医疗机构消毒质量状况,为有效预防和控制医院感染发生提供科学依据。方法采用现场采样和微生物检验方法,连续5年对全区67所各级医疗机构的环境卫生及消毒灭菌效果进行监测。结果 2010-2014年共采样5 688件,合格率为96.54%,各年度合格率分别为90.85%、95.69%、98.48%、99.91%和99.61%。不同级别医疗机构中,村医务室合格率最高,为98.80%;市级医疗机构合格率最低,为91.72%。不同监测项目中,使用中消毒剂合格率最高达100%;室内空气合格率最低,为87.97%。所有样品均未检出致病菌。结论昌平区消毒质量年度合格率呈逐年升高,不同监测项目中,室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手的合格率呈逐年升高,但压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率相对波动较大,需重点加强监测与管理。 Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions at all levels in Changping District of Beijing and provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods The methods of on-site sampling and microbiological tests were used to monitor the environmental sanitation and disinfection and sterilization of 67 medical institutions at all levels for five consecutive years. Results A total of 5 688 samples were collected from 2010 to 2014 with a pass rate of 96.54%. The pass rates in each year were 90.85%, 95.69%, 98.48%, 99.91% and 99.61% respectively. Different levels of medical institutions, the highest rate of village clinic, was 98.80%; municipal medical institutions the lowest pass rate was 91.72%. Different monitoring items, the use of disinfectant pass rate of up to 100%; the lowest rate of indoor air, 87.97%. No pathogen was detected in all samples. Conclusion The annual pass rate of disinfection quality in Changping District is increasing year by year. The pass rate of indoor air, surface of objects and medical staff is increasing year by year among different monitoring items, but the passing rate of pressure steam sterilizer is relatively fluctuant, Strengthen monitoring and management.
