本文对多模变薄拉延的拉延应力进行了详尽的力学推导。与已有的推导相比,本文多考虑了一些因素,因此,推导结果与实际较为接近。文章根据传力区允许的承载应力应小于变形区出口处的变形应力的原则提出了每个凹模允许的最大变薄率,作为设计模具时选择变薄率的依据。由于考虑因素多,公式较繁,故采用微型电子计算机进行辅助设计,大大提高了设计效率。
In this paper, a detailed mechanical derivation of the drawing stress of multi-mode thinning drawing is carried out. Compared with the existing deduction, this article more consider a number of factors, therefore, the derivation results and the actual is closer. According to the allowable load-carrying zone stress should be less than the deformation of the exit area of the deformation stress of the principle of the maximum allowable thinning rate of each die, die design as the basis for selection of thinning rate. Due to many considerations, the formula is more complex, so the use of micro-electronic computer aided design, greatly improving the design efficiency.
