跌打扭伤为临床所常见,治则多以活血化瘀、舒筋通络。笔者近年来用具有活血通脉作用的药物制成“栀子涂膜剂”并观察治疗扭挫外伤患者126例,收到满意效果。现介绍如下。 1 处方组成 栀子粗粉250克、薄荷脑12.5克、乙基纤维素10克、乙醇加至250毫升。 2 制备与用法 取栀子粗粉用乙醇为溶媒,用渗漉法提取有效成分,以每分钟1～3毫升的流速使有效成分渗漉完,收集最初漉液210毫升。其余漉液置水浴加热浓缩至20毫升,与最初漉液合并,加薄荷脑、乙基纤维素溶解,搅匀装入瓶中密闭,放冰箱冷藏室备用。脱位者宜复位后再涂药。每日3～4次涂患处。
